Dollar Tree Sanitation Department Manager in Cowpens, South Carolina
Dollar Tree D istribution Center (DC) located in Cowpens, SC is currently seeking to add a Sanitation Department Manager to the building’s leadership team.
All leaders must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across different shifts and departments.
Sanitation Department Managers at Dollar Tree are responsible for:
• Oversee building sanitation team
• Full responsibility for master sanitation schedule
• Managing and overseeing up to 20 associates
• Completing all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures What we need from you:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) years distribution center management, operations experience or educational equivalent
• Solid knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures
• Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Progressive analytical ability to gather and interpret information then; develop, recommend, and implement pro- active solutions
• Strong ability to coach / lead the associates towards professional success
• Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access •
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or logistics preferred
